Gary is a Managing Partner of Certior Financial Group with over 30 years of experience in financial services and corporate finance roles. He plays a critical role in guiding the firm’s growth by managing its finances, defining and implementing company policies, and ensuring that Certior Financial’s clients and employees are served in a manner consistent with the firm’s values, policies, rules, and procedures.

Gary also enjoys working with clients to make sure their financial choices are in line with their goals so that they can enjoy what is most important in life to them. He always strives to serve Certior Financial’s clients utilizing a consultative approach to financial planning leveraging his many years of experience and vast professional network when needed.

He earned his BS degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance & Accounting from Bloomsburg University (now named Commonwealth University - Bloomsburg). He spent much of his career in the pharmaceutical industry at Wyeth and Pfizer, where he served as Vice President of Finance & CFO for various business units. After helping Pfizer navigate its acquisition of Wyeth, Gary left the company in 2010 to start a financial services practice that led to him becoming one of the founding members of Certior Financial Group.

In addition to being licensed as a Certified Public Account (inactive), Gary holds several investment and insurance licenses. Gary’s knowledge of tax planning and preparation allows him to give clients a clear understanding of their financial picture from both a tax and investment perspective.

Gary and his wife, Nancy, live in Worcester, PA with their rescue dog, Bailey. He volunteers and supports several local charities, and along with Nancy has established scholarship funds for military veterans and other well-rounded students. He is an avid sports fan, and enjoys golfing, exercising and spending time at the New Jersey shore with family & friends.
